The Federal Government has designated September 27, 2023, a public holiday.
This is to commemorate Eid-ul-Mawlid and the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad.
Oluwatoyin Akinlade, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior, made the news in a statement on Monday.
Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, Minister of Interior, she said, asked Nigerians to be tolerant.
