JUST IN: WIKE TAKES OVER AS FCT MINISTER.

Nyesome Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has taken over as Minister of the Federal Capital Territory alongside Mariya Mahmud, the Minister of State.

They came at FCTA about 1:20 p.m. after the presidential villa's swearing-in ceremony to make their first press conference.

Wike was escorted into the FCTA headquarters by a massive crowd.
